Purposeful, modern and bold are just a handful of the names that come to mind when looking at our development on Cheriton Street. Bringing together sophisticated architecture, high quality materials and intricate details, this development is a blend of these stellar attributes.
At the beginning, this property was a 1900’s dwelling that had clearly run its course. Elven Property conducted major renovations and converted the existing built dwelling to a 21-person lodging house. The purpose for this project was to lease out to clients associated with Youth and Mission WA.
Furthermore, we also translated our development into the outside and undertook additional work that included landscaping the carpark and driveway.
